Agile for Nonprofits

Dojo is a Japanese term which literally means "place of the way," it is a safe space for learning, sharing, and creative problem solving.  Individuals and organizations learn how to build better products/services, and create meaningful experiences for the communities they serve.

Our goal is to support individuals and agencies no matter where they are on their journey by providing the tools, resources, and a strong network of practitioners to help deliver on our communal goals.

Participants learn how the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe®) can help organizations do less with less by building in quality, productivity, and operational effectiveness. Upon completion of the 2-3 day interactive training workshop learners have the option of taking the associated certification exam.
